It was clearly mentioned in the tiny announcement box located just above the enormous bright "Refer a Friend" button.

In all seriousness though, not surprised anyone missed it. Not a great way to communicate. Needs to be bigger, more visible, and as someone else mentioned on the forums.

It's kind've messed up that we can complain and complain about stuff and it's accepted and celebrated, but the moment that someone compliments instead of complains, they're automatically a brown noser or a multi.
