not just ZEB but yea blitzing in general with proper builds shuts down pretty much any early rookie passing attack. Once your receivers and blockers get some SPs then you can defeat it though with the right playcalls.

This league is going to be special.

Yeah passing is rough in rookie. We don't spam QB runs, but we include them. We are trying to win every game that we can from rookie ball and beyond. We will add the passing game next season. Viper is mad about losing to a QB run team, but if he would have just had a different play against the 3WR formation he would have shut them down.

Basically everyone is simply trying to mimmick the success of the Minnesota Stunners. Hands down the best team to come through the game. They have paved the way for success and all anyone can do is simply try to get close to this. I;m an owner myself, but I can recognize greatness.Everyone in this converstaion is right. Rushing is the better way to go in Rookie ball hands down. But Kayoh is correct also as I've seen what kind of passing team he put together in Rookie and man did he put up some points. Its about the the positions you chose and the builds you make. You wanna be a successfull passing team, Have 6 WR's and only carry 1 HB and make sure he can catch also

We are thinking long term too. That's why there is a handy respec tool.

The stunners don't even run their QB so it's a bit of a stretch to say everyone is just copying them. They have definitely shown how dominant an all run team can be though.
