Uh, actually there is some truth to that (too). Athletes and celebrities sometimes go to great lengths to have their Oscars, Heismans, Super Bowl rings, etc, stored offsite to prevent theft.

There's some great terrible analogies and malapropos to be had in real life too--I had a lady tell me recently that somebody's behavior was that of a "bull in a china cabinet".

The point is that these women just paid very dearly to learn that celebrities shouldn't be storing videos of dudes hitting them in the face with their dick (RIP Jessica Brown Findlay's career) in the Cloud.

My mother had her car stolen from her driveway. She left the door unlocked and the keys in the side pocket.

I'm not saying that whoever stole her car was right, but that doesn't mean she wasn't an idiot for leaving the keys in the car with the doors unlocked.
