If you're saying that he starts moving sooner than the defenders, yes it does.
it's potential difference in taking off at frame 10-12, or as quickly as frame 6-8. Seems small, but when you pile on gold first step, high sprinting, and good quickness, you can basically be past the Cornerback before they've even moved sometimes.

My WR doesn't have overwhelming Snap Reaction (62), but he sure punishes CBs who start a little slower. At least, it seems like he does.

It is alot when you're up against CBs still in the teens sometimes.
