Retire him.

He's wasted his SA points and his conditioning cap prevents him from success at a high level.

The SP's spent are in the right direction, though.

His conditioning cap is 36. It should be at a minimum of 50.

Also, you've scattered your SA's. I would suggest focusing them. Quick Read to gold and then go from there.

But like I said, you're moving in the right direction with SP's, mostly.

Considering that the QB market is very saturated, is there a way to give me better chances to find a spot for next season ? (Rookie or Sophomore).

I can't really go on the forum and speak much of the game. While I've studied alot my games and made an idea on skills, I've been here for a week, so I don't feel I can debate on the same level as game vets(3+ full seasons).

However, I have the chance to play in a human league (owner inactive), so I face human teams, so I don't pad easy stats which is a plus. However, the team's offense is poor ( 3 human RB) and we are 2 QBs, resulting in few occasions to throw passes, so, its not optimal.

I thought maybe PMs rookie teams with poor records to get them to sign me for a try-out, they wouldn't have much to lose. But, Im not sure if those owners didn't bother to go through forums to find players to try, I could just piss them off by doing that.

I'm starting to think that my best bet would be to continue the career of my current QB, even in cpu teams and show my build farther off the road. Or, just make another type of player that is in demand for human team, but it doesn't really show that I can build a QB.

Anyway, anyone has any tips if there is something I can do ? Or, I wait and pray at the end of the season ?

Thank you and have a nice day/evening,

I actually think your caps / build is decent for a QB. What's difficult is just the glut of common QB's available.

Try again in the offseason and see what happens I guess. You can try PM'ing rookie teams, the marketplace is kind of a shitty place to find players right now and the players looking for teams forum is not very active / not many owners are checking there until the off-season. You might get lucky that way.

I also actually disagree that you need much more than 40 conditioning on a QB, especially if you take Second Wind later to get you through the 4th quarter. More conditioning is probably helpful, but a build isn't broken with less than 50.

I also kind of disagree about just going Quick Read Gold and not taking a look at some of the other SA's, but maybe that is partially a superstar thing (although 3 extra points is not really make or break in that regard). Quick Read fires a lot but IMO sometimes it seems like you do your checkdowns too fast and end up dumping it to the 5th option HB route before anything upfield has developed and the like.

Agree with conditioning I have 44 and second wind and that was fine last year when he was the only qb.

You don't entirely need to go quick read at all IMO. Though it certainly serves a little purpose against the better blitz heavy teams. I currently don't have it at all and have been fine for the most part. Though a couple top 5 teams have let loose a bit on me. That however might attribute more to my lack of morale helping skills too tho.

Wanted to add this since it hasnt been mentioned. If you want to get on a team start with the teams looking for players before creating a player, there are always tons of teams being built. Though I would recommend finding a team that is being built by an agent with a proven track record of activity as they will be less likely to fold their teams leaving your guys in the D league. For people who already have guys built check the teams looking for players every day, especially right around the playoffs as thats when teams are most likely to start looking to replace inactive people, upgrade positions, and just bring in fresh blood to replace a retiring guy
