They are going to be more interested in throwing the ball to avoid the pressure... they should perceive their first route as normal, but then falsely perceive their subsequent routes as being more open than they actually are in an effort to avoid the sack. I don't think it affects the mechanics of the throw, just the urgency.

If hurries impact the rattled mechanic, blitzing above sophomore is dead. especially combined with a 5 man rush already inducing more held in hbs. I'm pretty excited about not having to worry about dumpoffs to ineffective underneath routes. I'm more excited that I can run some riskier routes knowing that hurries are going to increase my safety in running those riskier routes throughout the game.

MEM vs Rusty's and DD vs SF is about ot kick off. I think we both have dialed up a few of hte new plays and I added about 33% chance to blitz on every play. Running normal offense on DD, but the other 3 offenses should be airing it out.

I don't have good blitzing players so didn't do much for blitz. But have injected some new plays in. Also have some other games running as well with QCBC, SF vs. Rusty, etc..

Pass defense looks better for sure, don't think its over done as well. Teams who are built around passing still move the ball very well even when you know its coming but it doesn't feel unstoppable...this opinion is only based off of 2 games but I didn't see any routes that looked as broken as before, CBs are turning much better.

Morale already does this. We don't need to stack the effects.

I just opened Legacy up to quick scrims. We'll be running a man base defense (none of the new plays at this point) with a run/deep pass offense.

http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/76762/3532671 - CBs frozen but due to Head Fake firing

But really, how useful is a 15 blocking HB going to be against a DE/LB with their pass rush skill around 80-90? I think, unless people build for it, a lot of times the held in guys will be a one tick stop, leading to the sack still coming.

The play that jumped out at me as possibly wanting to look at coverage fixes further:

LOLB turns to the outside to follow the guy. Yay!

CB3..does..uh...not? In fact, both the CB3 and FS end up running ahead of the WR so it'd really suck for them if that had been a hook route.

CB1 is all over the place with facing and turns. Not sure what his Footwork is, but if that's going to happen, prolly needs to be 100 ASAP.

Can't really talk about CB2 cuz he gets Head Faked and then all bets are off on coverage.

Nothing really to do with changes, but watch WR1 White Lightening here: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/76764/3532806

Poor Myron Richey.

CB3 is in zone that play with less than 20 Zone Awareness, FS is pulled from his Dog position and is playing catch-up. CB2 I guess just gets beat, no problem with that happening occasionally. My only explanation for CB1 is that he has on Roller Skates in which coverage looked great with them on.

I don't care how long he slows the pass rush. He's not out in the flat getting uselessly targeted.

the sack wasn't going to happen very often either way.
