I don't mind the shit talking man, I do my fair share as well. I'll tell you what, if it wasn't for my GMs then I'd be busy as hell recruiting right now. You have to make friends in the game that will last a while so you have a network of players who are willing to bring players to your team or create players for you. When you send PMs to the agents, tell them how you will use their players in the grand scheme of things. Stuff like this will go a long way. Also, use integrity when recruiting. When I recruited I let players know that I don't plan on being very good this season and I told them why. I also let them know what my plans are for the future. Just a bit of advice from a GLB veteran.
