uhm, I can read, too

Doesnt matter. Was a GG and period. Xav's cheese-cry just made me to post anything else than "gg" from the beginning. I should be used to it by now, tho.

And xav...lol at you for calling things "cheese" yet you still spam the GL Rollout like no one else

GG tho

Wait. Wut about QB Rollout is cheese anymore? Not that I ever thought it was before. 4 WR Unders is cheese because you can't do anything to prevent the WR from getting open. QB Rollout was a potential TFL even against bad DC's who called bad defenses. Now it's a TFL for most teams that aren't heavily dedicated to outside running because it's even more dependent on blocking than before since the defense no longer kittenpiles in the middle (and yes, I'm very much in favor of the AI change even if I think the extra OOP penalties and outside blocking nerfs need to go).

Not that it matters now. Last two games, it was a HB, not my QB, who led Yorick in rushing. Going forward, I expect that to continue.

And tears? I wuz bein' snarky with Trojan. Nothing even remotely tears about it.

Welcome to GLB2, b00ndoggle. I hope you enjoy your stay.

And I'm sure your guys really, really wanted to cover, but when they have to do this on out routes...

it's kinda tough.

I'm torn. On the one hand, pointing and laughing at b00ndoggle has its merits. On the other hand, maybe if I don't rub it in, he'll join me and thee in arguing that coverage needs fixed.

Pity you didn't spam 4WR Unders against him. If you'd put 600+ yards up against him, I'd be sure he'd see the light.

4WR Under is one of the easier plays to shut down in the game at Journeyman.

Considering I held his offense to less than 250 yards the last time I played I'll accept this as bad coaching.

Sorry, there is no need to argue with you anymore...Especially after ur statements in that other threads a few days ago.
You think WR Under is unstoppbale? If so QCB would still be unbeaten, but they arent. You think Bhall would have raped DD with that play? Then you have never watched a single game of them. Feel free to write bullshit again. I wont reply anymore, tho

Cherry picking is fun and has nothing to do with you stopping the play, and everything to do with the QB throwing to WR4 instead of 3. In other words, Romo's not quite figured the cheese out yet, but he's a smart guy, and he'll get there.

http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/70221/2196537

Break down that one. Notice your CB getting left in the dust at the turn? Heck, you can see it in the first play you posted before either WR3 or CB3 realize the ball is thrown. WR3 left your guy in the dust.

I'm so looking forward to LL, Air Raid, Atlantic City, Salty, etc. destroying y'all when we get to veteran if Corny leaves things as they are. Cuz I'm guessing at this point, the only way you're going to believe it is when you start regularly giving up 600+ yards per game.

I never really played the first game, I made it through about one season before I got turned off by the need to build dots an exact way or they will be trash. Unless there is some really odd roll system I'm pretty sure I do. There is a roll for the tackle causing a fumble and then a roll that carrying grip stops it and there is also a strip roll and another carry grip roll in certain circumstances. The defender was able to roll up to a max of 56 (there maybe a few factors that effect fumbles from hits but I'm assuming its just based on power tackling). And the halfback a max of 82 the odds of rolling 56 or less is 28 to 41 or about 68% chance and that's assuming the fumble on hit roll was the max 56 which is a 1% chance of happening. This all assuming GLB runs off a 1-100 scale with 1 point in an attribute adding 1 to your possible roll.

Pretty sure it's not separate rolls. Fumbles are a single roll that factors in the defender's current speed, Power Tackling, and Strip Technique versus the ball carrier's Carrying Grip with an obvious (and definitely necessary) strong bias against fumbling.

What is there to breakdown? My guy got beat, Do you expect to be able to shut down the play 100% of the time? I hold a team that completely destroyed you earlier this season to 7 points that ran the exact same offense this time as they did vs you and you still think its unstoppable? Romo can line up his WR in the 3 or 4 slot and if I put 2 guys on his WR I'm going to win that battle more times than I lose it.

Im not crying foul that it happened merely saying its silly that they happened considering the roll odds they have to over come. I was quite happy with my offense that game. The score may have not shown it but the offense tore them apart. We just had trouble finishing with touchdowns which means I need to tweak some things. But in the end all that matters is the Ws, to quote one of the greatest coaches of all times "I Rather win ugly than lose pretty".
