Ok...you got at least the weight part I was talking about, but still dont see why your and Romo comments still have nothing to do with the OP?

Interesting thought on condo tho...thought max speed decreases over the course of the game due to less stamina

First Step pushing you above the normal boundary of 100 sprinting leads me to believe that you can exceed 100 in an attribute. It woulnd't be one way and not the other. Not that First Step is literally a boost to sprinting, but it's correlated in terms of sprinting and max running speed.

My two cents. Again, you can dispute it because there's no such thing as proof here, but I'd put my eggs on yes.

Yes, it might be indicative, but when an SA affects the "outcome" by a %, it is more like changing the outcome of the roll instead of changing the dice that you are rolling.

Assuming that you are already at 100 skill:

8% Increase to max speed = Result of skill inputs for max speed * 1.08
75% Minimum roll = instead of rolling a 100 sided dice, you roll a 25 sided dice and add 75% of max to the result.
+10 to a skill = roll a 110 sided dice instead of a 100 sided dice.

It is the third one that we question, because there is a hardcap to the max when assigning skills. I believe that you can go over 100 using an SA, but there is no proof of it either way at this point and no answer from the development team either.

Sure, but you aren't going to be testing this when your conditioning is at like 50 or below. You are going to be testing this at the beginning of the halves so that isn't going to be much of a variable at all. Even then you are going to see a difference in max.
