WOuld you rather play Journeyman teams? I honestly think most of you guys would win quite a few of those games...it would get old playing the same couple teams every time.

It would be more fun to write up new match ups that's for sure

Ya. It's time to help Corny win the argument against tier locking ladder games all season.
It doesn't even help rookie teams avoid the total mismatch of higher tier teams, so it's obviously pretty useless as is.
Maybe just replace it with a lockout against non-tier games for the first 6 ladder games or something and then after that, it's open season...except maybe rookies who should get all but their last 4 ladder games safely away from higher tiers.
personally I'm 3-0 all time against higher tiered teams in ladder
I just think having different opponents would be nice. I mean Lounge hash't faced Harrisonburg in forever. Darkside played Erie Swarm like 8 times this season.

I suggest you run middle overload.
Serious suggestion (if you were built to run at all): Run the ball a bunch. Ya'll throw like we throw, so the playcount will go so high it's really hard to stop 500 yards. Anything in the 400's would be a pretty significant success I'd think.
