Still pretty crazy how hard it is to climb back in to the top 10/fall from the top 10. Murder city finally fell out of the top 10 at 7-7, and they were only like 8 to begin the season. Had to have been pretty hard for a team that was #2 for what seemed like forever to drop to 4.

I'm just saying it's hard to shift around now with all the seasons behind these guys. I'm not complaining though, actually puts some stock on the lower theirs which is good.

I agree it is confusing - and I agree with other folks who are "for" showing the actual ELO numbers. I think it would add a lot to the game...and really take nothing away. People are going to whine and complain anyway....so just show the numbers!

And the really annoying part of that is that I used the exact same defense that had shutout Erkner the day before, and since Erkner is another run-heavy team, I was kinda lulled into a false sense of security.

'Course, Erkner doesn't have your impossible-to-tackle backs...

I agree. I suspect the only reason they don't is that it'd only take one week of numbers for people to work out the exact formula, and I get the feeling that Bort and Corny are pretty reluctant to give out any of the exact formulas, even for something as incidental to the game as ranking.

Or, maybe it's like the show-all-stats thing, and they just like dancing around Bort's living in their underwear singing, "Neener! Neener! We know what it is, and we're not gonna tell you!"

In fact, that whole playbook got deleted because while it worked against Erkner (journeyman) and Hawaii (seasoned), it failed in pretty spectacular fashion against the team I consider the best, and if it can't beat the best, no point in keeping it around.

I love how Xavori think he is clever with the Bab00n name...sadly his mentor Jampy called me that for the first 2 seasons. Great minds I guess.

I have no idea what this had to do with my post but ok.

romo ur luck will run out soon enough...mem moved the ball at will but managed to still screw it up at the goaline. its extremely dumb that there isnt enough defensive tactics to match the offense especially in the 3 minute offense. basically held u to 1 reception the entire game until you are able to spam 4wr under against my short defense.

the fumble at the goalline, that hb had 98 carrying grip with power through activating...

Lol I never got to touch the ball. Nice game.

To mess with everyone's brain, that FS with the 2 fumbles has 26 power tackling
