While what you say is true. Haven't the experience and perspectives of others can be helpful if your team hits a drought. Someone else may have an idea that does help....

Very good point.

Lucky for me, after many trials & failures, I have a couple GMs that help with scouting. Both are rookies, but really go indepth with the scouting. My brother is the DC, and has only been involved in the game for about a week. He's really put a lot of time onto learning the ins & outs of the game. He's very knowledgeable of the game of football. They both run their gameplan by me (not required), and I say, "ok".

I do have other human owned players, but their just not much into the forum thing. You'd ne surprised though how many people are intimidated to post on public forums.

Thing is, its not really "public" forums... everyone has that common link of being on the same team.

While winning is clearly one of the main factors of GLB, the truly satisfying part for me has been ownership of a great team... and the team is great because the people on it are great. In the beginning, yeah, people really didn't post much, or it would just be "tactics are set" or whatever. But now that we've got 11 games under our belt, our forum is extremely lively, and we've got guys that have maybe posted once in 6 games now taking the initiative and starting up gameplanning threads.

Once people start getting comfortable with each other, they'll come around... of course, if there's no one there, then it's a moot point.

Funny how a string of wins with your own conference makes you think you're 10 ft tall & bullet-proof. Okay, you're the class of your conference, but you haven't won your LEAGUE yet. Publicly crowning yourselves as Emperor of all "A" Leagues just shows exposes your immaturity....

....but then, most guys your age suffer from all kinds of other "premature" issues too.

Could be a DnD reference too.

Gotta disagree. South Yorkshire and Transylvania from W.E.7 would take em. Not to mention, they have Kobe Bryant on that team and we all know he can't win without Shaq.

I don't think so. Just because the league average is a little higher doesn't mean Munich wouldn't kick the crap out of Dublin

Just shows that whoever moves up this season will probably have problems next season.

Yes they are. I think that A7 Alpha is stacked with about 6 or 7 straight up solid beasts of teams!

Keep you eye on today's matchup in A1 Zeta between the 12-0 Edinburgh Black Knights and the 12-0 Dallas Browns.

I'd put these two teams into any discussion about the best in Western Europe A (even with Dallas being located well to the west of Western Europe).

Teams that can't figure out geography are disqualified.
