It doesn't make much sense to have it programmed any other way - or there should at least be an option. I won't be too thrilled when my rookie team gets matched up with a sophomore or seasoned team.

Yes, we have tiers to form leagues, and league games so that you get matchups within your tier. We also, however, have a global ladder which is supposed to match teams of equal ability regardless of other factors (such as league, and yes, tier).

The problem is that the ladder is implemented imperfectly, not that teams are playing outside their tier.

I don't think that's fair at all. It's like playing vs the '85 Bears with the '76 Bucs. It definitely shouldn't count on your record when you're "playing cards with a stacked deck".

There isn't a rookie team or coaching staff in this game that can beat our 7-7 seasoned team.

Bad analogy. It's like Pewee vs Popwarner. The gap gets less the older the players are.

But there's still a gap, which means the younger team is at a disadvantage. Stacked deck.

JV vs Varsity. Varsity wins at least 90% of the time.

Baby Banger looks forward to facing soph/seasoned teams. We keep smashing all these rookie teams, we need a real challenge.

I dont understand this fear of competition, so what if a team has more SPs than you? See where you stack up. I disagree with the way the teams were added this year, but I don't want to see Rookie/Sophomore/Seasoned specific ladder matches. That's what your league games are for.

Personally I think the top 10 sophmore teams should only play the top 10 seasoned teams

After reading this post, I sent a quick scrim to a random soph team. We only lost because of 3 turnovers. Other than that, we actually out gained them
