I'm assuming Corndog and/or Bort are fairly competent

My K.I.S.S. suggestion regarding this. After a defensive play has been run over 10 times, each consecutive plays grants all offensive players +2 cumulative Pocket Awareness, Pass Awareness, Run Block Awareness, Lead Block Awareness, and Pass Block Awareness when that play is called again.

At this point the offense should be anticipated where the defenders will be coming from and reacting faster. For example the QBs should start holding in HBs/FBs more often on pass plays, and lineman will know where their blocking assignment will be much sooner.
Now whether they have the athletic ability of ball skills to be able to take advantage of that situation is another matter all together

Receiving Awareness is dependent on where the ball is thrown and carry awareness is based pretty much on where the defenders break free from to run at the ball carrier.

That's plain stupid

The problem isn't that we need to make offense better. You got the issue backwards

Does nothing.

The situation is the defenses are getting their asses beat by the same play. At some point, the team should realize its getting grassed by 1 play, and react much better to it.

An awareness boost is cool, but it doesn't rly do anything if you look at the big picture.

btw offenses don't need any types of boosts

I don't look at this as a fix to the offense/defense imbalance. As I've said many times, it's just a suggestion to encourage playcalling diversity without requiring it.

Fixing O/D would require better balance between WR's Catch in Traffic and CB Deflection/Interception. QB's needing more Pocket Awareness to get rid of the ball before a defender sacks them, and much more Pass Awareness to make their reads quickly. Defenders being able to turn faster for the amount of quickness they have. Things like that.

All my suggestion does is says that if you keep running the same play repeatedly, offense or defense, the other team is going to be aware of that and react more quickly.

Teams that run the same play over and over make it very easy for me to gameplan, I'm not for anything that is going to make it harder on myself.

Pretty much this. Neither offense nor defense needs some ridiculous bump in awareness skills.

At some point the DC should figure out how to hold or even stop a certain play. You can't learn the game without taking lumps. There isn't a play in the playbook that can't be shut down through either playcalling or builds. There isn't a defensive play that is so good it can't be completely dominated by the opposing offense in some way. Balance is what you make it, it shouldn't be provided for you.

I definitely agree with this. It's usually much easier to gameplan predictable teams.

The difference is that I'm totally okay with making the game harder for myself if I think it'll make it a better game.

I just count on how awesome I am to make any added difficulty irrelevant to my success

Problem is DC can't make an adjustment midgame...

Neither can an OC.

That is the entire idea of scouting.
