Yeah, I can agree to that. But, it's pretty much become a universal thing that people automatically know what you are referring to. Unless you deal with a lot of video and editing and what not then I guess you can confuse it with .AVI

I wouldn't say it's universal. This is honestly the first time I've seen avatar abbreviated as avi. But then again I deal a lot more each day with video files than I do forum avatars, so I could just not be paying attention.

LOL ok I am Texan born but I have been raised in many countries as well. Though I have been in Texas most of my life at times I have the southern swang but most of the time I do not

Houston is far different than Dallas and both are different than San Antonio. Depends where your at. But frankly it's the small towns that truly make Texas awesome!
