Honestly, this is hysterical. Only Rom_Fox and I run scrimmages for our teams (Vase Breakers and Yorick) and we do them because they're fun. I like seeing the players collect stats. Run back kicks. Sometimes we try crazy plays. Sometimes we do it to see where we stand against good teams we wouldn't otherwise play. It's a game. You're falling into the trap that Xavori's bark is as big as his bite ; )

i'm surprised anyone is terribly worried about what a newb run so-so team like the Vasebreakers do - I just like trying to tinker and see how things work so I run sims
it certainly doesn't seem as questionable as say coaching two teams in the same league ... but nobody would do that right?

so why waste scrims on a 40+ ranked team that your other squad is about to play in a couple hours? All of the other teams you were supposedly testing against were all top 10-20 sophomore teams.
