your also alienating non pass rushing CB's since there is a whole category they get automatic 0 points in.

that's just 2 things

If they don't put points in skills that make them a better pass rusher, then they should be in even better position to dominate the other two categories. Because the lowest guys on the list only have 10-ish points, it only takes being in the top 5 in ONE category to rank. Players who get points in two categories are virtually guaranteed to get onto the top ten. I'm not alienating anyone.

You know what? Jampy and Merik, you guys should make your own list. Base it on percent of receptions allowed, and give bonus points if the CB doesn't have any sacks.

Like sprinting a quickness? Last season I got some CBs on AGD2D about 20 sacks a piece, they were built no differently then the CBs that didn't blitz..

Look, you make a list of the top CBs, defend it with math, or stats, or even just well defined reason, and we'll compare lists. I bet we get a lot of overlap.

I'm not criticizing this list so calm down,

its a cool visual.

Your rankings are slightly off; you have Nelly * ranked as second, but there are 2 CB's tied for 1st so he should be ranked third.

Still fun to read though..

Yeah, I realize I didn't do it traditionally, because for me it was more about getting the players with the top 10 rankings out, not restricting it to ten players only. You'll notice it's a "top ten" but there are 19 players. This is because there were so many ties that to do otherwise would have thrown out a lot of players who I felt should be recognized.

At the time I compiled the stats, Kenzel had a %rec allowed of %42.4, putting him 22nd. He was directly behind Luda Cris of Rapper's Delight and directly ahead of Robinson Crusoe of the Falkirk Wheelies. With zero takeaways (FFs / Ints) he didn't rank there. 3 TFLs (subsorted by %rec allowed) put him 65th in penetration, once again directly behind Luda Cris of Rapper's Delight, and directly ahead of Leon Sandcastle of the Glasgow Rangers.

At the time, he'd have been 71st in %rec allowed (ranked today he'd likely be higher, as he had 9 targets in his last two games and only 1 rec allowed), 11th in takeaways (ties subsorted by %rec all), and 2nd in penetration (ties subsorted by %rec all).
