unfortunatley, Jampy feels the need to put his 2 cents in when nobody cares for it....ever...so ultimately, you will never have just an informative thread....btw...good idea changing that avatar jampy...

Sorry bro, you will never make a post in this forum giving championship advice until you win a championship.

Does anybody know if route technique will keep your receiver from running terrible 1 yard routes?

I'm sure Jampy does. He knows everything. He says he has a whole season of data.

Take the passive aggressive stuff to PM. You're really derailing the thread and not being helpful AT ALL.

Route technique will help with "crisper" routes. You'll probably get in and out of your breaks a little quicker and at the right time. If the play calls for a route, though, he's going to run it.

What 1 yard routes are you speaking of?

Route Tech and lots of receiving skills, especially hands. Forget speed for P-much the entire first season.

The single most important thing you need to do for building a WR is talk to your offensive coordinator.

Seriously.

I could give you lots of advice on building a WR, but if it doesn't match how your OC is going to use your guy, said advice is worthless.

Well honestly you could say one thing that I'm pretty sure EVERYONE is agreeing on... start by putting points into rec hands.
