As good as LE's teams and I'm sure dots have always been, his most precious gift to this game has been his dedication in coordinating and other extras- these things are very time consuming.
I believe the resource the LE is implying he lacks is the TIME (whether it be by interest or actual lack there of) to provide any more in this regard to the game.
I'm sad to see you go LE and I can only hope to do my best to help this game compensate for your departure.
