I'm confused on how I could obtain a superstar

Create 10 DTs, Ks or Ps, level them to sophomore. Create 20 HBs, QBs, or LBs and level them to sophomore. Create 15 of the other players, level them to sophomore.
or create half that many in the above example (rounded up) and wait 2 seasons (instead of 1 in the above example), and you'll have enough points....

You'd have to keep that one player going for 10-20 seasons, but since we have Legends Leagues coming for "old" guys, in theory, yes*.

You have to actually get a "career experience tier" - since you don't get those in Legend Leagues (as far as I know, you just stay what you are forever), I think it pretty much solves itself that they don't add superstar points then, either.

True - I wasn't thinking about it that way. In that case, you'll need a few players over the course of your time in GLB to have a superstar.
