There's no 'reclaim' button for the owner, though - if he wanted to keep the team he shouldn't have gone inactive.

So if someone had a death in the family and the next chance they had to log on was after their "expiration date" you're shit outta luck?

Some product you guys are selling

Are you sure I have a GM who has tried this and not received any results yet.

Not necessarily. The situation you described hasn't come up yet (as far as I know), but I expect it would work the same way it does in GLB Classic when a GM takes over for an inactive owner. If the guy comes back he talks to the GM who took over, they come to us and we transfer the team. But there has never been an "I was inactive and lost my team but now I want it back" button in Classic that automatically takes the team away from its new owner and I don't think it's likely we'll see it in GLB2.

Yes, I'm sure. The only way to take over a team from an inactive owner mid-season is for an Admin to manually transfer the team to you. 'Not received any results yet' meaning he submitted a support ticket and hasn't received a reply yet, or he has received a reply but hasn't received the team yet? Without knowing who you're talking about I can't really say anything about this specific situation but... PM me and I can check it out.

...So then if they do come back and want their team back, the GM who purchased it then loses the team?

I don't think I'm a troll. I think you are....albeit a bad one. Like really really bad. But I wouldn't in a million years want to be comparable in any way to you.

Seriously kill yourself

If the old Owner comes back and wants the team back, he should talk to the new Owner. They can figure out what they want to do, then let us know. If the GM who bought the team wants to be nice and return the team to the old Owner, we can do that. If the new Owner would prefer to keep the team they can since, again, the old Owner let it go. BUT I can't remember the last time we heard from someone who went inactive, lost their team, came back, wanted the team back, and the person who took over refused to work with them. It's probably happened at some point, but it's not a regular thing.

No reason for either of you to make it personal. We disagree I think both of you are just making a suggestion ( the post title) don't let anyone get that far under your skin.
