lucky play call, and nice blocks on the outside.

"it" happens.

I'm sure they are you been playing this for 2-3 months now?

he just runs out a lot of "passing" formations.. so he sees a lot of 3 man fronts.

I didn't realize all Romo's games were private so that everything he was doing was so secretive.

He is still paying with his time, and honestly should having a HB as a paid or free player really be the basis of this argument? HBs need fixing, no matter how much you are in denial. It's a shame.

Nothing wrong so far imo. Toons look like they are supposed to still growing. Some teams run well and others don't. Seems to be picking the right plays and down and distance. I like it leave it alone stop trying to clone this game to the other one.

take out the two long touchdown pitches and it's 129.5 rushing yards, 3.2 yards/rush.

why should he take them out? You want a Game like GLB1, where every other play is like that?

by quoting yards per carry he's making it sound like he has some sort of consistent/dependable rushing game. when really it's the same sort of game others are having with 2 long ones broken. meh.

3.2 ypc isn't that bad. And if you take out all the outside rushes together which would include possibly big TFLs it may even be up more.

mhmm. i'm certainly not in either a "rushing is broken" or "time trial's team is bad at rushing" camp.

just pointing out that he was showing off a data set with 2 hudge outliers.

The passing game is the same. It is boom or bust. You can't have a team getting 3-5 yards per carry every time they carry or you have the iSlam season. 3 yards per carry will only get you 9 yards, so to stop a monster running team you need to get three downs where you hold them to 9 yards or less.

The passing game can allow 7 yards per attempt and still be stopped, because you can give up 40 yards on two attempts and then have them go three and out.
