GG Charleston Tigers

Owner of the florida zombies using shady tactics with team members. He runs his Qb for about 90% of plays other team members have asked for him to change that and add some more plays for the rest of the team. He then goes off on us. We then get removed from starting roster and team forum use is disabled . Me and a few others have asked for release he tells us yes he will do this . But ends up keeping us on the team. Just so people know Don't Sign with this owner on any of his teams if you wish to have a bad experience. the owner is upsair.

That's a shame... you got a couple of really solid players on that squad. Your running back has three carries and is a solid level 13 build. That's crazy.

Sorry for the thrashing the Spartans are about to put on Mr. upsair.

I hope you beat him down he thinks he has a good team. It would be if he would actually run it correctly.

I recruited 0 players and made 0 promises to any one. All invites went out as auto offers do to the fact that i was remodeling my house during the off season and I back filled the roster. If you wanted to be an off coordinator you should have posted an ad to be one. If you want guarantees on how your players are used join a team in advance then build your dot for that team. Plan out your guys future ahead of time instead of blindly accepting auto offers.
i told you a few days ago i would release your guys all i need is guys to fill out the roster. if you dont want to help yourself idk what i can do for you.

Hey guys, Here is my take. An owner should run his team the way he sees fit. It can be a pain when agents complain about PT when they had no promises going in.

That said I have never held a dot hostage, It's bad for the team. When you get agent this pissed they will probably remove their EQ and set really bad tactics a long with setting play intensity to easy. Also and most importantly word gets out and recruiting is already a pain in the A$$ so its just bad business to force them to stay.

Upsair you can go to the search and look for active players on CPU teams, they will probably be as good as a dot that is disgruntled anyway.

mcmunson57 I never asked for a promise all i asked was he give other offensive players besides his QB plays .I along with 5 or 6 other agents have asked him this . He told me fist time he would do it . Then next game it was the same and then he got on his high horse and said it was his team etc took any of the players that complained off the starting roster. told me to take off equip etc . Then he tells me that he will release my player an hr before the next game . That was 4 games earlier . Then after that game he tells me to find replacements . I have tried and people see this and other posts and refuse to deal with him now. I'm a very easy guy to deal with but when you pull what this guy has then it ticks me off. I didn't ask to have all play around my guys i just asked to have more plays where i get the ball. So again if you wish to have a bad experience then go play for him . If you wish to have fun then stay clear. He just needs to step up and release my guys like he said and be a man of his word.

I understand, I have been in your shoes. Also I have been on the other side. My point is its really better for everyone to release unhappy dots,

Looks like your complaints made him alter his Gameplan! Screwed up my defense too!

it does seem for one game he changed his plan . But support is still no help they basically told me i'm sol until season's end . I hope the team doesn't make the playoffs due to his game plans .
