Meh, any agent worth a flip mostly wants a competitive team that has some recognizable faces. The first thing I look at as a FA is the list of GMs/coordinators. Then I look to see if they are competitive.

There are a lot of shitty teams out there with plenty of trophies on their mantle. A trophy case isn't the end all, be all.

Maybe they don't want to play for a owner that tells him he likes long showers with the players!!

As a matter of fact, if I was a FA looking for a reg minor team I would be leary of a team with a rookie trophy. Hell, maybe even prep depending on the league. lol

Dammit....I knew I should of sent my hoard to the D-Leagues...

I get the recruiting discussion. However, I think a few players moving from one team to another will not matter. The intact teams that were at the top of Elite last season, will still be there.

I would guess that would mean you're recruiting newer agents because I find it hard to believe anyone that hasn't been around not knowing who you are or the GLB Lounge (not that I'm a member anymore ). I personally give my recommendation to any agent to sign with Dub J
