Those teams did what for a long time? stay in WL? lose to the elite teams?

socal and indy are historically very good franchises. asau had 1 hot season. lets see them sustain it for a bit before we crown them.

We always like to start WL seasons 0-3, you know, a few warm up games if you like

Kersey was 6th behind EEA tbh.

TBH, I would say Indy and SoCal over Asau, even with the win, because of their staying power and being high level teams for so long.

Arguably, last seasons sim was one of the easiest ever to pass in. Catch Fake is op'd. Granted there were a few easy pass sims back in the day, but Indy and SoCal both played in much tougher sims for much longer.

I just think they were great franchises for a much longer period of time.

And honestly, you take Indys best team and SoCals best team and put them up against last seasons Asau, i wouldn't bet on Asau.

* * * * WL Record 60-30-1 * * * *

demoted once in 5 seasons w/ the 9 seed. 8-7-1 that season. Don't need to plead our case tho, we'll be kicking ass for quite a while

3. SoCal BDC (92 regular season wins and a GLB Tourney trophy)
4. Indianapolis Gurupies (119 regular season wins)

not sure, but didnt some OAI Overlord win a Pro Tourney Ring in Indy around S21.

got bored tho

What are you pleading a case about? Do you honestly think you are the best franchise out of OPL between SoCal, Indy and yourself?

I don't think there's anything wrong with being, at this point, the third best team out of OPL. You may just end up passing the other two at some point, but that's more than a few seasons away and a discussion for another day.

Is the point of WL to be competitive or to Win?

If your are happy with doing well and not winning anything I guess Indy and SoCal have a case, but if your goal is Gold then Asau is clearly above both of them.

Pirates were pretty good. always a tough defense but limited on offsense and that really told in the play-offs. Definitely did the right thing by rebooting because they turned that weakness into a strength

by this argument the marlins have been a better franchise over the last 2.5 decades than the braves.
