As long as the owner/GM/Coordinator someone who has a say for the team submits a ballot, it doesn't matter.
Remember, the East votes for the East and the West votes for the West.
Also, as a side note and I doubt it will happen, if I receive a ballot that all of the players from the team that submited it I will ask for another ballot and it will not count.
As good as some teams might be there is noway that they have the best 26 players in the whole conference on one team. Lets show some sportsmanship and respect, again though I don't think this will happen with this great group of owners.
