Mine here is home but at work it says the same thing and its all through the warehouse.I think about 10 maybe 11 made some at work then it said you cannot make anymore players from this ip blah blah so I am assuming this was the case for most but this one might be different.

I still like my suggestion...

Have the admins disable all accounts from the shared IP and only re-enable them when they log in from home, ie a unique IP per account.

A business wont have a dynamic IP, mainly homes. Basically just have all the accounts log in from home to unlock them and most will have a unique IP, which will be different than the companies IP.

And 90% of those agents seem to log in and off around the same time? Even if it's a work thing, some people will log on from home, but that just isn't the case. I am a network engineer by trade, and this just looks fishy to me.
