Why are the Ax so great?

The team owner puts a ton of time into making sure that each week along with the other gm's that everything is in order.

(My Prediction) The Ax, will not get beat this season...........period!

Zeta division is not a tougher division that Alpha.

Why is Alpha better?

Alphas top 5 have not been beat by anything lower than a 7th place team

1st place Ax 0 losses
2nd place BCK beat by us #1
Tied for 2nd place place Porto beat by BCK #2
3rd place Roskild beat by Porto & Stallions #2 & #5
Tied for 3rd Vol's beat by BCK & Mobsters <---7th place team #2 & #7

Zeta

Buffalo lost to Posion a 6th place team
Polk lost to a 10th place & 3rd place team
Crabs lost to a 9th place & 2nd place team
Normandy lost to a 10th place & 3rd place team
Jags 2 losses come from a #1 & #2 team

Alpha has more win streaks the last 9 weeks than Zeta.


Why are we so...... confident, were 9-0 and this is a great game and we have a great team.

Doesn't truly prove which division is better, my team may be in 10th but we have talent enough to beat probally any team.. hopefully we start doing that soon lol. At first I was trying to run the offense and I blame a few of our losses on my inexperience in doing so, but since I have assigned a new offensive coordinator and we've been doing much better. Only time zeta and alpha have to worry about each other would be the championship game or the last regular season game then thats when the trash talking will really matter! I am having a blast running a team, this is a ton of fun.

BTW good game Jaguars.. I really wanted to beat you guys, but just wasn't meant to be! I had that game marked on my calendar and all, hopefully we get redemption later!

If you don't think Alpha is a tougher Division to be playing in could you make some points that back that up instead of the other side?

Do not project self absorption and/or ego that you yourself may have onto other people believing they are like minded. My statement says that the Zeta conference is highly competitive because the majority of the teams in this conference are not separated by that much. This makes it a very fun and very challenging game which is why I personally am here playing. It seems to me that this holds true for quite a few others as well.

And while I fully support you Ragu on your right to an opinion, I must point out that you have formed your opinion on flawed logic.

You propose that a conference with 5-6 (out of 16 [31-37%])dominant teams is stronger than a conference where 10 (out of 16 [62%]) teams are close enough that games could go either way. Well isn't part of that 'domination' you are talking about the fact that you are playing 9-10 games against weak opponents?

The truth is the only way anyone can ever truly say which is more dominant is if we had schedules that allowed more inter-conference games. Any other proclamation of superiority is nothing more than stroking the e-peen.
