Admin Summary: On Kick Offs, sometimes the ball is bouncing to a non kick returner who is taking the ball and running with it. Is this intended or is it a bug?

eagerly awaiting Admin response on this as one of the few true fans of the ST aspects of the game.
for consideration, could it make a difference that the Center who took possession (as a STOP AT) is not your typical blocker type? could it be coded that players with speed, agilty or carrying of X or better might opt to grab the ball?

for clarity, in the first replay the ball had not bounced at the time the center grabbed it as far as I can see in the replay
