Why the hell would his rankings not have any "value" to dot talent? I don't know about you, but when I put together subjective rankings, I take into account how good a team actually is in terms of dots, in conjunction with their record.
If you're saying Somalia looks more like a top 5 contender, but aren't basing anything on the team's actual talent, that's just flat out silly. I'm not accusing you of saying they were bad, just wondering why in hell you would think Somalia should be ranked above them.

If Somalia played Hali, I would bet on Somalia winning. You can't sit here and take into account "talent" and not take into account horrible coordinating.
