Also, I've got 40 stamina and play hard all the time, lost 21 energy last game so it's still needed.

Why wouldn't you want LT and RT to get strength and blocking to the soft cap ASAP?

If you focus too hard on strength and block and ignore vision and agility, your QB is going to get killed by speed build DEs.

When you say get OT's Str/Bl to 40 asap, is that with or without equipment?

I'm guessing without.

Thanks in advance,

All the numbers I list are meant to be 'pure' numbers. Equip doesn't count.

Would appreciate any and all constructive criticism of these two OT's. Do either of them fit a particular mold (ie LOT or ROT?). I just leveled up with the first link below and have 5 SP's to work with, thoughts?:

Charleston: i don't understand why you didn't put your custom SA into the trees in which you dumped SP, for both guys.

I just wasn't sure which way I wanted to go with them, so I spread it around, looking back I also question the decision. That is part of the learning curve for me, figuring out which way to take these guys, as a pass blocker or run blocker...While it would cost flex points I am not against going back and reassigning those SA's. I was leaning towards making "Git" a run blocker and "Brick" a pass blocker. Do you think it would be worth reassigning those SA trees for both/either of them?

I am currently in the process of trying to see if this build can be effective.

Currently I have the follwing in key attributes:
Blocking: 49
Strenght: 64
Speed: 36
agility: 28
Vision: 22

I need to get vision up towards 35 before I think I will start seeing any results, then more into speed and agility.

I will report back at a later date... I just hope this player isnt going to be a complete waste of time...lol

Interesting... let me know how it goes. I'm in the process of creating a pulling G too.

Anyone have any experience with the SA trees. I am wondering if the two trees work independently of each other, and only activate on either a run play or a pass play?

For instance, do you think strong arm and get low would stack, or do you think they only activate on a pass play or run play, respectively, never together?

I am pretty sure strong arm will only activate on passing plays and get low will only activate on running plays.

i'm gonna slow build a LOT. my initial plan is to sign him to a D league, not use any skill points until beginning of his 2nd season. train strength and blocking almost exclusively. if the D league team gives me enough PT, should have 75 skill points (after boosting late) to distribute after his first season.

anyone who is further in the process have other suggestions?

Having a good read of them they all work in different or independent situations. You could use them all in the same play, but not necessarily at the same time. For example you could Get Low and push a defender, pancake him and then strong arm another defender

i think with the new changes in the d-line bort has put in you need agility and vision more now days, and more speed as well

very good post, though OTs (especially the LT) IMO should try and get agility to 49 now, especially with the new tactics for DEs who can now try and speed rush around the outside, agility will be key for the LT as they will generally come up against the strongest pass rushers

SOrry if this was mentioned before, i have not read through the whole thread
