I honestly thing this isnt a bug. To me it looks like the CB #1 doesnt cover the WR #1, he just moves slowly as if he was waiting for the play to develop. You can see in all of those replays a point when the CB speeds up and moves to the WR. As If he is sure what kind of play it is and is going in for it.

I am going to get a coordinator to take a look at this for the final determination. Will also be moved to the Bug - Needs To Be Filed subform
