maybe we could have 1 or 2 pro bowl guys per team. like 1 on offense and 1 on defense per team. just my 2 cents.

Alright after our game later this afternoon the season will be 75% over... I think now is a great time to start looking at your MVP canidates as well as the Pro Bowlers. We wont have the official ballot until after our last game, but the reps for each team should start looking now and get a general idea of you will be voting for so that we can knock this out in the off day between game 16 and the start of the playoffs.
Also some teams havent had a rep come forward, at this point im fine with a player for the remaining teams to step forward and claim the position, however if a GM or owner later comes on and claims it they will be given the position instead.

Just asking for a little guidance. Are we planning on putting forth a list of our players that we would send to the ProBowl / MVP. Then as a league/conference we all vote?

I think the best way to handle the Pro Bowl is to just have the reps sumbit their votes into a thread at seasons end, and for MVP I think we will nominate 4 or 5 players in week 14 (open for anyone to nominate) and then we will have the reps vote for MVP at seasons end from the list of the top 4 or 5 nominations.
I think we should have this all be public as I dont want to be accused of making results up if we ran it through PM's to myself. Also im not the team rep for the Starvin Marvins so I think I can try to be unbias in running this. Though im open to any suggestions about how this should be done if anyone has any better ideas.
