I have no idea how the sos works. Anyone care to explain? I just find it odd how the top 4 teams in the west go to the bottom 5 in sos. No idea how this works, fill me in

if you guys lose several games in a row your opponents winning percentage will go up and you'll climb up the list. make it happen.
