WE PLAYED PROBABLY THE TOP 2 TEAMS IN EACH CONFERENCE AND LOST. I'M GONNA RAGE QUIT BECAUSE IT MUST BE THE SIMS FAULT!!!!!
Seriously Landrys, while I feel your pain, I don't think that it is something to get mad and quit over. CWE is just a quality team. Losing to them is nothing to be mad about. Don't let it get to you bro.

One season chemistry means everything, the next it means nothing, and the next it means everything again. Decline means everything, then nothing. Stop making changes every fucking season. I try like hell to keep up and then it changes again. I sign younger guys and then it means nothing. CWE has 5 players that shouldn't be retired and they beat us by 30 at home. GD I am so close to rage quit. Stop fucking with the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By the way GG, I guess--don't know what that even is anymore.

I'll break it down for you point by point. Are you saying that plateau players shouldn't be any good? Younger players tend to be getting better as successful building techniques become more universal, and relatively recent changes to the training system work their way into end builds. The problem is that the latter is generally not relevant yet with the exception of more BTs and likely having 4 AEQs. But light training for the past bunch of seasons is actually detrimental when comparing to seasons of training before, and the real value of the new training system is in multi-training, which the youngest Pro level dots still haven't been able to use effectively. In a few seasons, a new crop of young dots will definitely be better built, but right now, they're pretty much the same as S6-7-8 dots, but probably have a 4th AEQ. On top of that, CWE knows how to build some dots, and those FF guys can be devastating. Give them credit. None of those players should be retired. I still have a s5d41 guy in the WL, and his effective level is up there with any of the S9-10 dots out there. Older, badly built players should be retired, but that's not what CWE has.
Second point, chemistry hasn't changed in I don't think ever. It is .1% affect on all attributes per point, averaged offense/defense with overall. For example, your offensive players have an 81 overall and 99 offense, so that averages to 90 chemistry. They are currently playing at a -1% deficit. Your defense had a -1.15% deficit. But CWE wasn't far off that, so chemistry wasn't the issue.
Third point, yah the sim has changed quite a bit. It always has. Honestly, if it didn't we'd all probably get bored and quit anyways. Every time they fix something, they fuck up two things. I hear ya here, but both sides have to adapt.
Fourth point, you guys will be fine. You've played two damn good teams. Pick your head up.
All this of what GM said its pretty relevant. But i think a big thing to consider is that the game has more to do than just the level and age of your players. Builds, VA selection, game planning on both sides of the ball are crucial to be more than just a mediocre team.
Ive seen you complain a fair amount the past few seasons about loses. Sometimes you have to shoulder the blame yourself and reevaluate. Had you won i would have said GG, I wouldn't have thrown a pity party.

GG Reapers and don´t worry you´re doing pretty good, you have a damn young team that will only get better over time and I´m not looking forward playing you guys when you peak
Originally posted by Landrys Legacy I know that the old guys played bad last season and now they are gods. For once don't be a dick just for the sake of being a dick.
I have to just say that a team with players that are that age are the best they will ever be. I am confused as do you think they are in decline ?? We would love to have all our guys at level 72 + and 480 days old but that's next season
