What he said. Our teams are all a "we" deal. There are about a dozen of us that handle the various organizational roles for a bunch of teams. Then there are maybe as many more that make dots for us. It's an awesome group. I learned back with the Maulers that doing it all even on one team wasn't any fun and is impossible to do well if you want any kind of a real life. I also found that it massively sucks if you don't have the right ppl that you like helping you. So, I scrap heaped the team and started over a ssn later. I couldn't do it without ppl like MadMustaff (great guy and even better dotball mind) and the rest of them. The majority tend to be very quiet on the forums, but they are damn good, I couldn't do it without them and every one of the teams are "ours," not mine.
