kmart isn't really a SLAP mod, he just happens to be a full mod with roots there.

Well, it's just flex, but still I don't see it. Iirc it was suggested to have mods for each region and it got dismissed pretty quickly. In the meantime, I'll see if I can get someone to sticky this for us.
