Freddie Mitchell was a household name in the African leagues before you joined GLB. Learn your history, children. Class dismissed.

Please reread my post.
Thanks

Looks like he was a pretty good player with a really good stretch between Seasons 5 and 7 that padded his average seasons surrounding it. I'm not saying he wasn't a "household name" in African Leagues, but it was probably more as a cautionary tale that worried mothers tell their little boys. "Don't disappear into subpar obscurity like Freddie Mitchell did!"

Regardless of the play (or lack thereof!!! ) of freddie mitchell sr. The press releases were top notch. Along with Killer Toad's APL Coaches Poll, APL was lookin fine!

The Peacekeepers were a run-first team in a time where passing didn't work in GLB (hey, hasn't changed much!) I was completely on board with it because in reality I cared about wins, not Freddie's stats. now, FMILC is a #4 WR when he could have been a #1 for a great number of teams. Nothing has changed.

I always thought the separation between the forum hype and the reality was implied, just as it was for D3, unfortunately this new breed of incredibly lame APL posters (and incredibly lame team names - this is African Pro not Ego Stroke Pro) does not understand it. probably a bunch of Dane Cook loving automatons

(hear the sound of the fun being sucked out of threads? that's the sound of the bad guys winning.)

((don't worry, FMILC has plenty more CBs to burn))

In the spirit of Dane Cook, do you plan to steal tactics from MacArthur?
