Option 1 is after week 9 and before week 10. Going this rout you will be 2 levels lower at week 8 and week 9. But you will be one level higher than option 2 for weeks 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16
Option 2 allows you 2 levels higher at weeks 8 and 9 by 2 levels but lose 1 level to option 1 for all the weeks mentioned (10-16)
I don't think it's possible to hit level 7 until after game #9, which is why I said level 7 instead of between weeks 9-10. Plus some people might turn level 7 right after the 9th game, or not until the XP rollover the next day, or maybe not even until the rollover to the day of the 10th game. Could someone who is a little delayed on XP who wont turn 7 until the day of the 10th game still hit level 13 if they boost while they are still 6?
