We've suspected this since mid season at DSBM. The problem is that no one knows how to counter it (or they're not telling). We had a few dots close to capping confidence, and they still had pretty low morale at the end of games. I think the SIM should really boost the O-line's morale (and in turn take away from defense) when the O-line makes long drives, especially if it's a scoring drive. 4th down conversions should also boost O-line morale and lower D players IMO.
