The week 6 power ranking changes made no sense to me.
We were #1, beat a 4-1 team pretty convincingly (20-3) and moved down a spot?

You wouldn't happen to be using the college football BCS system to determine these rankings would you?

Scopur, I figured out the math on this and it works like this:

BadgerPhil has 3 players on the Terror = 1st place

BadgerPhil has 0 players on the FEAR = 2nd place

Come on B.P. you're better than that! Headed for a HUGE collision week 15.

Hmmmm. I wonder if anyone will have scored a TD on us by then? Probably not.

SOS, look at the teams you played. You have a negative SOS to this point. Ours is even. You have a better Point Difference than us, but SOS is favored in my formula (and has been since week 1 btw). Take all of that into consideration and we have a 100th of point higher ranking, we're basically tied.

Plus if I wanted to put us in the lead, I would have done it last week when we were tied. But I still placed you all on top.

Basically don't get mad at me, get mad at the teams you've played for not winning.

Which, by the way, one team won this week, in all of the 6 teams you've played. Then for us, 4 out of the 6 we've played won this week.

So in closing, we're so gonna kick your ass.

I'm not even getting involved in this rubbish but we have played 2 very good teams and have won without them getting 1 touchdown between them, forget the statistics you ARE going to lose and it is going to be brilliant.

It's nice when people get bent out of shape over a formula. Especially when they wait till they slip by 100th of a point out of first, but when the same formula put them over Las Vegas in Week 3 they had no problem with it. Some ones true colors are showing.

As for the game, I know one team that will act consistent either way (win or lose).

Badger, I promise I was never bent out of shape. I look forward to the power rankings after each game, and I'm sure you are doing them well. Its jut fun to give you a hard time. I wish that we played b4 week 15 though. Keep up the great work, it is stuff like the power rankings, zaks picks, and the game of the week that make this forum fun. Dont take the good natured ribbing so seriously.

Oh, and the FEAR is still #1 as far as I'm concerned!
