TBH if I wasn't Bort's multi I'd have way more time to run my Pee Wee team, I'd even offer to help out some of these Eastern teams.

For starters, I'd tell LSM to stop blitzing everyone and give me another freebie offseason victory. :-)

Plus I don't see how playing against the same GM gives them an advantage by seeing you twice. You also see them twice. If you figure out how to beat a GM don't you also get an advantage when you play their other team?




It was supposed to be an extreme case example, but it drove the general point home. Will something like this ever happen, probably not, but it could, even to a lesser extent.

No Fear stinks as a recruiter, but in all honesty, the only guys that do anything are SamAdams and smpsmi.

I understand what concerns one could have though, it's the same as having players on several teams in gold. You just have to remember it's a game and if someone really wants to pass on info to another team they belong to then they just have some major issues.

You give up your title No Fear then I don't want to be a stupid lolgm on your crappy team, so there.

Key word Off-season!

It all depends on the person. I had a player that was on Gerrs team last season ask if it was ok he share Short Buss's Builds from the season prior as a guide. He is a great agent on our team and was helping out Gerr's team. I declined as I dont think its right to give a sheet with all the players builds for everyone to see on another team, in the same league. I don't believe he shared the info either which is what we all do in Gold, trust that each team does its own thing. That doesn't mean I don't share info as I have helped or give advice to many agents and owners throughout pee wee.

I can see Gerrs point of view though, I know a few seasons back I had my hands on about 4 Gold teams and there was some fuss about it. I dropped the teams I was helping and just stuck with AC Surf since I have good connections with Deertag. It wouldn't be fair if I was Head coach of about 4 Eastern teams giving me better odds of making the championship and facing one team 4 times knowing what works and what doesn't. Yeah I did notice the familiarity of a lot of players/owners/Gms on a lot of teams but not much GLB can do to control that. Pretty soon we will all be on every team in gold and we will all be winners

I could give a rats ass if Ping, LE, No Fear etc... have 5 teams each in Gold.

If you take someone on as your DC/OC and they have another team in gold. It's your issue if you think they are going to throw a game.

IMO I keep my head down and worry about my squad.

I have also put forward a suggestion to the powers that be to solve this issue, anyone caught coaching/GM'ing in peewee gold will be banned (regardless if its your team or not, even if your only a lolgm). YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I guess the only safe thing to do is only the owner can be listed on a team's home page? So the obvious result will be the formation of an underground PM system of coaches telling owners how to set up the defense and offense thru PM's. Now Pee Wee Gold could then truly have 1 exceptional coach running multiple teams, except by this point no one will know who is coaching what.
