I am not understanding what this thread has to do with the World League, per se. And it follows from that to wonder why one of these fine WL Mods hasn't locked it up yet, or indeed, deleted it entirely, as they did my much-more-relevant recent rant about the state of the game (following a blowout loss by the Hood, which I am DC for).

I guess I should have specifically mentioned that Hood loss in the thread, to give it specific WL relevance.

But even without that, the thread was a hell of a lot more relevant than this silliness.

I have nothing against silliness. I have been known to engage in same myself from time to time.

What I am against is inconsistent standards when moderating a discussion forum. For a while now, I've been thinking to myself, "Wow, these WL Forum guys are pretty strict."

But apparently they are only strict when they want to be, since I have seen several posts by WL Mods in this very thread.

Kinda pisses me off, to be perfectly honest about it.

If you would like to complain about the moderating here in the WL please feel free to contact support or a Lead Mod if you like. It would be much more productive than spamming the threads here in the WL, I feel.

Then at the mod office Christmas party, they get together, break out the e-mails and have a good laugh. Rumors have it they do get read and addressed at other times, but Snopes.com says that's false.
