p sure he was never intended to be a possession receiver. You should have seen him earlier in his career though:
Season 10 - 40 catches, 20 drops. (2018 yds and 21 TD tho)

Pretty nice throw in the first PBP .. not terribly often you see a dotball QB put it 50 yards in the air.
