Why not? Holding SPs or adding them will be the same total regardless(if you count the held SPs), think about it.

tbh I don't think it's much better than lolbars

As long as the players have the right direction with the builds, which assuming most WL teams are spending most SP's smartly, I think it is a decent amount better than the lolbars. Still, in no way a lock for anything though.

It is basically a more numerically precise lolbar.

Lolbars take important attributes, feed them into a bar.

Player Value takes the value of all of your attributes, and spits out a number.

It can be skewed by people putting SP in stupid places, but I doubt we'll end up seeing too much of that.
