it is what it is...some will merge teams to win, some won't.

The top teams do what they have to to stay at the top.

Except those things aren't happening on the Hali team. The only thing you could attempt to make an argument with (and it is a failed argument) is collusion. And the problem is the teams that "merged" with Hali were folding/gutting/etc. regardless. The players were gonna be free agents regardless. So it really isn't a merger as much as it's a Gart being the smooth talking chap that he is at convincing the majority, if not all, of the agents desired to join Hali. The name thing is just a courtesy thing. Well that and it seems to get a lot of people uppity about nothing.
