Alpha Conference

1. Cartoon Convicts (51)
Is it playoff time yet?

2. Brooklyn Bounty Hunters (48)
Tough loss to Benton Harbor Havoc, but still the second best in the Alpha conference.

3. Ogre Horde (48)
Undefeated. The game against WebWayMonsters showed an inability to crush inferior opponents.

4. Palermo Paladins (48)
Preseason game against Army was impressive. The Paladins could start 9-0.

5. Gold Coast War Hawks (51)
They get a test against the Horde next. This game will show us if there is a significant talent gap among the top few teams.

6. Cochabamba Fighting Cocks (48)
I’m sure stamina is an issue with only 43 players on their roster.

7. Midland Dirty Dawgs (45)
Beating lolcanada is an accomplishment… ehh not so much.

8. OPEN
This conference sucks. Seriously.


Zeta Conference

1. Carolina Red Wolves (51)
Continue to destroy inferior opponents. Looking forward to Game 5 matchup with the Greys.

2. Green Bay Greys (51)
Preseason common opponents with the Red Wolves suggest that the Greys are a better team, slightly. I’m still giving the Red Wolves the nod because of last season’s head to head.

3. Benton Harbor Havoc (51)
Impressive 26 point win over the Inmates moves Havoc into third.

4. Army of Darkness (48)
360 yards of rushing offense against Bumba Dambala.

5. Texas Militia (48)
We wont know how good/bad we are until the game with the Greys on Friday.

6. Leavenworth Inmates (48)
After a disappointing loss, the inmates will enjoy beating up on 3 clown teams before another chance to prove themselves as a contender with a game against the Greys.

7. Bumba Dambala (48)
Could potentially start 1-2 with a game against Benton Harbor Havoc up next.

8. Morocco Mercenaries (48)
6 easy wins before they finally get a test.


Fighting Morocco for the last playoff spot, in order...

Tempe Thunder (45) They had a tough preseason, but it could make them better if they studied the film.

This should be an interesting year for the Paladins. We were ousted by a SSB in the second round of last season's playoffs, but we haven't really changed a thing since then, seeing as our first 8-10 games our easily winnable. I'm hoping we don't get lulled to sleep early and then pay for it down the stretch.
