wait...
are you saying that a gutted team made hali win the WL?
sigh

If not, whoever did it should dust off the spreadsheet and see what it says next season. I'm in an lolargument on another website and I would like statistical evidence to belittle APL and back up my claims
Yeah I made the charts, was pretty out of it during thanksgiving holidays (Man I love me some vacation).
I've mentioned in various places before, but basically - if someone wants to make the game result data available, I can run the numbers again pretty easily. Unfortunately it's not a spreadsheet (and god knows I have no clue how to turn it into one), it's a program written in Perl to run on my AIX workstation, so it's not the most portable or user friendly hunk of code. But I'm happy to run the numbers again. In theory the existence of the WL shouldn't hurt things at all, as long as there are enough srsscrms to throw in the mix. Anyone running the game data could of course decide on whatever criteria to use in including games.
Easiest would be a spreadsheet or perhaps just a text file with three columns
Winning Team
Losing Team
Result (only important when there's a tie) - I need some way to mark that a game was a tie instead of the winning team winning.
From there it's not too bad to create the rankings.

That comment was not metaphorical. Gart was merely confessing that Dooley stuffs his jock with a depleted uranium codpiece.

The computer isn't weighted to decide certain games (WL championship) are worth more than other games (lolregularseason). Haliblack might not come up 1st.
