You must really think I'm some sort of idiot Sawedust, trying to sell me you want more playing time when you are the 3rd DE on my team, backing up 2 DE and nobody behind you. On the team you wanted to go there are 4 DE with higher levels than you, so much about playing time 
It was just about you having your player on your own team, and since you wouldn't have resigned with me, I tried to do the best for MY team, and the opportunity to get a nice QB was there.
I traded away 2 other backups for "little" cash in return, but they went to teams where they will start.
You have 1 year contract only, you will get the XP on this team as you are the highest DE and still you complain like I'd trade you to a team where you would be the 8th DE in the chart...
When a team owner can have a player vs player trade, he will allways favour it, as cash isn't worth that much.
Have fun at your new home.

Tonato, I just wanted to thank you for giving the Cougars this big headache to deal with. It really couldn't have happened to a better group of guys. They are the most classless group of individuals I've run into on GLB.
You got yourself a really cool guy at QB, by the way. He's a fellow Longhorn and wanted to come to a Horn team after being screwed over by Chronic and company. However, even after sticking it in him, they wouldn't work with me on a trade.
It's not an isolated case as I've heard numerous stories of shady happenings and players being held hostage.
Word is traveling fast, and I doubt they'll get many players in the future who aren't very similar to sawedust.
On an aside, if any members of the Compton squad would like a new home and have a contract nearing expiration, shoot me a PM, and I'll start trying to find one for you.

This coming from a guy who needs to fill half his roster with his own players because he blows at recruiting. Spend all that cash on cyber players because outside of this game, he has no life and no lay. Quite a pity.
