We are trying to come up with a name change currently.

Edit: And whether we like it or not we are an Africa team. It just really sucked watching all the hard work all the old teams put in to make Africa respectable get demolished in 1 day. My top priority this season was making the playoffs for APL, not Dakar. We could have really cared less but felt like we had an opportunity to make a mark and fell short. Then coming off that to this whole thing just really made me question whether its really worth trying to make this league look better or should we just be selfless and say Fuck APL. So right now, we are a team in limbo. We will still bust our ass and do our best but if nobody else gives a fuck what people think about APL now, then why should we?

True story Joe... There is a difference though.. Para was running the offense the first game and intentionally threw the game. He was trying to get Borts attention. If I remember correctly, kalkmanc was on vacation and when he came back, his AI was missing and Para took over both offense and defense. I only knew this because kalkmanc came to me asking if I knew of a coordinating gig he could look into. To be honest, if kalkmanc was the OC all season, you guys could have been undefeated.

Needless to say, kalkmanc finished OCing that season and led you guys to a championship.

(To add to this, we got an apology from you guys running the exploit on us over and over... Also a true story.)

If this is true that Bort is investigating the Season 12 APL Lion Conference Championship between the Rhino's and Warrior Kings, then his actions to go back and investigate this game is even lower than his posting in the WL forum "APL has pretty much wussed out" http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=3501715&page=12, it's truly sad. The game was as good as any game that has been played in GLB and to taint the Warrior Kings victory with your slander is inexcusable.

Please do me a personal favor, have your fun but do it with good taste.

Peace is all I have to say to that... We (The APL) didn't get up to where we were at because of you or your team.
